Chairperson of the Board
Khathutshelo Lambani-Makwela is a highly accomplished Clinical Technologist with deep expertise in neurophysiology and sleep studies. She has demonstrated strong business acumen through her leadership of Northern Neurophysiology and Blue Pineapple, delivering healthcare services to high-profile clients such as Imperial Logistics, Unitrans, Airliquid, and Vitalaire.
Her influence extends well beyond clinical practice. Khathutshelo is a strategic advisor and leader in governance and policy, serving on the Ministerial Advisory Panel for the Minister of Human Settlements and the Presidential Broad-Based Economic Empowerment Advisory Council.
She also holds board positions, including at the Heuwelsig Estate HOA, and serves on several health and social development committees.
With a strong commitment to transformation, she has held leadership roles in the ANC Youth League and actively contributed to policy development and implementation in both government and civil society.

Andiswa Mbatha is the Director of Human Resources and Governance, with a strong background in people development, labor law, and strategic HR leadership.
She currently serves as the Training Manager for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa at a leading automotive brand, and is also the Managing Director of Lavutha Consulting, a Human Capital consultancy.
With extensive experience across multiple industries, Andiswa has held various HR
management roles with a focus on workforce development and compliance.
She holds several undergraduate qualifications and is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Digital Transformation, positioning her at the forefront of innovation and strategic change in the modern business environment.

Patrick Kaule is a skilled Data Center Technician with specialized expertise in the installation, maintenance, and operation of servers and IT infrastructure within data center environments.
He ensures optimal performance of systems by providing technical support, troubleshooting server issues, and implementing preventive solutions to minimize downtime.
Patrick plays a key role in maintaining system integrity and availability by managing the network connectivity and patching critical IT hardware such as switches, servers, and storage devices, particularly in high-demand banking environments.
His work supports business continuity and secure data operations across organizational networks.
He holds professional certifications in Data Center Professional (CDCP®) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and industry best practices.

Lloyd Mphahlele is an accomplished ICT executive with over 28 years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology sector.
He has held various technical and leadership positions, ranging from Senior Engineer to executive-level roles, and currently serves as General Manager: Group Technology at MTN Group.
Mr. Mphahlele is also an active board member and trustee of several non-profit organizations,
reflecting his commitment to community development and corporate governance.
He holds a Diploma and B-Tech in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) and an MBA, underscoring his strong technical and strategic leadership capabilities.

Mr. Bafana Mathunjwa is a seasoned attorney with over 18 years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law.
He holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria (2005) and was inducted into the Golden Key Honour Society for academic excellence.
He completed his articles at Hack Stupel & Ross Attorneys and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2007.
Mr. Mathunjwa is the founder and principal of Mathunjwa Incorporated Attorneys, where he advises public and private sector clients across a broad legal spectrum.
His practice areas include project development and finance, company law, corporate governance, commercial contracting, competition law, procurement advisory, regulatory law, town planning, conveyancing, labour law, and dispute resolution.
In addition to his legal qualifications, he has completed further training in Conveyancing (Gawie Le Roux Institute of Law, 2020) and Practice Management (Law Society of South Africa, 2017)

Director for Share Services
Mrs. Mosa Dawn Vuso is a highly skilled and accomplished Financial and Property Management professional with over 15 years of experience in the public sector. She brings a strong academic foundation in Accounting, Financial Management, and Property Management, complemented by extensive practical expertise in budgeting, financial
reporting, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
She is currently completing her Master of Accounting Science in Financial Accounting (NQF Level 9) at the University of South Africa (UNISA), further enhancing her technical knowledge and strategic insight in the field.
Mosa serves as a Board Member and Director for Share Services at Heuwelsig Estate, where she contributes to strategic governance and operational efficiency within the estate’s management structure.
One of her notable career achievements includes her role as Deputy Director: Property
Payments at the National Department of Public Works, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in financial oversight, compliance, and public property administration.
Known for her self-driven, detail-oriented approach, Mosa excels in problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication. She performs effectively both independently and within teams, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure and within tight deadlines.
