Notice is hereby given that, due to the adjourned Annual General Meeting of the Heuwelsig Estate HOA that was held at Amberfield College Auditorium on the 02 July 2025 via the AGM notice dated 08 June 2026 sent to members/ homeowners of the Estate, read together with other supporting AGM documents, will now be held at CURRO HIGH SCHOOL HALL, Thatchfield on the 16th of July 2026, at 17h00 for 18h00. 

Members of the Company are hereby informed to attend the Annual General Meeting of Heuwelsig Estate at the changed venue at Curro High School Hall, Thatchfield on the 16th July 2026 at 17h00 for 18h00.  Registration for members commences at 17h00. 

Should you be unable to attend the meeting in person, you are requested to complete and sign the attached proxy form to be deposited at our offices at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting, excluding weekends and holidays. (get proxy form here)

Annual General Meeting Minutes_for year 2024

NOTES FOR PROXIES:  

•    A member entitled to attend and vote as per page 31 of the MOI sub-section 3.10 (3) is entitled to appoint a proxy in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.5, a copy of the instrument appointing a proxy must be delivered to the General Manager at any time before commencement of the proceedings or meeting at which the proxy exercises any rights of the member.

•    Notwithstanding this provision the Directors may call upon a Member to lodge the original instrument appointing a proxy to the Company within 7 (seven) days from the meeting or proceedings. Such proxies must be handed in at Office D22, Heuwelsig Office Park during office hours the attention of the Chairperson of the Board; at least 48 hours prior to the date and time of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. before 16h00 on 09/06/2026). Proxy NOT received in this prescribed manner will be invalid for the AGM.

VOTES OF MEMBERS

Please note, in accordance with page 30 of the MOI Sub section 3.9 (3) of the Celtisdal Ext 20 Home Owners Association; save as expressly provided for in these presents, no person other than a Member, duly registered and who shall have paid every levy or other sum due and payable to the Company in respect of or arising out of his membership, and who is not under suspension, shall be entitled to be present or to speak or to vote on any question, either personally or by proxy, at any General Meeting.

His practice areas include project development and finance, company law, corporate governance, commercial contracting, competition law, procurement advisory, regulatory law, town planning, conveyancing, labour law, and dispute resolution.

In addition to his legal qualifications, he has completed further training in Conveyancing (Gawie Le Roux Institute of Law, 2020) and Practice Management (Law Society of South Africa, 2017)

Payments at the National Department of Public Works, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in financial oversight, compliance, and public property administration.


Known for her self-driven, detail-oriented approach, Mosa excels in problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal communication. She performs effectively both independently and within teams, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure and within tight deadlines.
